Shipping policy

Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, Mimi & Lu does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Shipping in US: Ground Advantage includes $100 of insurance and Priority Mail includes $50 insurance. Contact us prior to placing your order if you wish to purchase additional insurance for your package. Please note, insurance does not cover packages that were shown as delivered by USPS but missing from the delivery location.
