Returns
Due to the handmade, custom nature of the jewelry, sales are final. However, should you find your jewelry does not meet your expectations or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the piece for exchange options. Email hello@mimiandlu.com if you are concerned about your item or to obtain an RA#.

Sale items, Surprise me Bundle

Exchanges
Any item approved for exchange must have an RA#. Items shipped without an RA# will not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. Contact us for an RA# within 5 days of purchase receipt.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure to send your item in a proper packaging (padded box) so as to not damage the jewelry. Mimi & Lu is not responsible for damaged items due to poor packaging during return shipping, the package will be returned to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We only accept responsibility for a returned item once it has been documented as signed and accepted.
